Gerald Kagan founded Kagan
Architecture & Planning in 1971 after gaining diverse experience as an
architect and planner on the new city of Columbia, Maryland
for the Rouse Company. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Kagan has had extensive
experience in numerous housing, commercial, and institutional Commissions. Mr
Kagan's accomplishments in Architecture were acknowledged with his induction
to fellowship status with the American Institute of Architecture.

Ms.
Benivegna has thirty-four years of experience in all phases of architectural
practice on commercial, educational, housing and institutional projects from
programming through design, construction documents, and construction
administration. This well-rounded experience, combining design ability, technical
skill and code knowledge, enable her to successfully complete all facets of
projects, with which she is associated.

Mark Pozzi , AIA

Mr. Pozzi has more than twenty-seven
years of experience in all aspects of architectural practice. He has
extensive experience with public school projects ranging from Pre-K through
high school grade levels. this experience has enabled him to develop excellent
working relations with the State of connecticut Department of Education,
Bureau of School Facilities, and State of Connecticut Building Officials.

Thomas J. Sincavage ,Jr., RA

Mr.
Sincavage has worked for architectural firms in the New
York and Connecticut
area for the last thirty years. He has extensive experience in Construction
Document Detailing, Shop Drawing Review, Construction Administration, and
Specification Writing. His varied background has allowed him to work on a
wide range of projects, from high0rise office buildings, to research labs,
museums, hospitals, and multi-unit housing. Mr. Sincavage is responsible for
code analysis and Quality control of all office projects for Kagan
Architecture & Planning with in-house detailing and project construction
coordination.

Thomas L. Looper, AIA

Mr.
Looper is an architect with a varied and progressive background spanning more
than twenty-six years. His experience includes construction document
production and construction administration. this experience includes but is
not limited to corporate, educational, correctional, retail, medical, and
municipal projects. He is a consummate team player that is sensitive to
client's needs and bottom line objectives.

Steven T. Miller, AIA

Steven
T. Miller, AIA, has returned to Kagan Architecture. Mr. Miller was most
recently employed by an architectural firm in Manhattan. He has numerous years of design
and production experience, having been instrumental in the design of the
Crossroads Inc. project 9 a rehabilitation center for men and women released
from prison), the UCONN School of Fine Arts and various design assignments.
Upon his return, Mr. Miller was promoted to Senior Associate, contributing
over 20 years experience, i.e. computer graphics, and AutoCad. He will lead
the firm's graphics arts area, as well as designs.
